The duties include filling, sanding and priming as well as painting, varnishing and wallpapering, facade painting, renovation and refurbishment work, and floor covering work. A completed apprenticeship as a painter and varnisher and/or several years of professional experience is required; ambitious career starters receive goal-oriented further training.
